硅钨酸（英语：Silicotungstic acid）是一种含有硅和钨的杂多酸，其化学式为H₄[W₁₂SiO₄₀]，是浅黄色的固体，在化学工业中常作为催化剂。

硅钨酸可用来催化由乙酸及乙烯制备乙酸乙酯的反应：

C₂H₄ + CH₃COOH → CH₃COOC₂H₅

在将乙烯氧化制备醋酸时会用硅钨酸为催化剂：:

C₂H₄ + O₂ → CH₃COOH

此方式声称较蒙山都法要符合绿色化学的需求。硅钨酸分散在硅胶中，重量百分比为20-30%时，其催化效果最好。
