遗传性性吸引（英语：genetic sexual attraction，缩写为GSA）是指在近亲之间的性吸引，一般多发生在成年后第一次相见的兄妹间，特别是不在一起长大的兄妹或姐弟会有一种天生的性吸引力，这是双方有着相似的遗传基因所致。甚至父母与子女间也会发生“遗传性性吸引”现象。

Genetic sexual attraction (GSA) is sexual attraction between close relatives, such as siblings or half-siblings, a parent and offspring, or first and second cousins, who first meet as adults.
The term was coined in the US in the late 1980s by Barbara Gonyo, the founder of Truth Seekers In Adoption, a Chicago-based support group for adoptees and their new-found relatives.
