经销联盟(Value-added reseller，简称VAR)又称为增值分销商，是一般大型企业的产品销售代理。现时一般大企业产品的销售途径，大致可以分为以下两类：

而经销联盟的作用，就是透过为大企业销售产品而赚取利润。采用经销联盟的好处，在于经销联盟能够以较直接销售价格稍高的价钱贩卖产品，但另一方面，又可以代替大企业为客户提供更好的售后服务。另一方面，采用经销联盟，可以让他们照顾企业的散客，而让企业专心服侍回报较高的企业客户。
