ITT公司，即原的ITT工业公司（ITT INDUSTRIES），是一家全球多元化产业公司。是标准普尔500指数成分股。

最初的公司名称叫“IT&T”，由索申尼斯·奔尼（Sosthenes Behn）和荷南德·奔尼（Hernand Behn）兄弟二人于1921年成立。到2007年止，公司名称四度变更，从1921年开始称为“IT&T”，1979年改为“ITT”，1995年又改为“ITT INDUSTRIES”，2005年再改回到“ITT”。

在20年代，ITT 公司创立了第一条互相连接的全球电话线系统，所以其公司全称是“国际电话和电报公司”。以后，通过收购企业和电话专利，他们将公司建设成电话交换设备和电信服务的世界重要供应商。

ITT Corporation (ITT) is a global manufacturing company based in the United States, producing specialty components for the aerospace, transportation, energy and industrial markets.

The company was founded in 1920 as International Telephone & Telegraph. During the 1960s and 1970s, under the leadership of CEO Harold Geneen, the company rose to prominence as the archetypal conglomerate, deriving its growth from hundreds of acquisitions in diversified industries. ITT divested its telecommunications assets in 1986, and in 1995 spun off its non-manufacturing divisions, later to be purchased by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
