尖锐湿疣（英语：Genital warts），也称性器疣或性病疣，俗称椰菜花、菜花或椰菜花,是一种性传播疾病。常见临床症状为菜花状肉芽，常发于生殖器，肛门等部位。

尖锐湿疣是由人乳头瘤病毒（human papilloma viruse，HPV）引起。属DNA病毒。病毒颗粒直径约为50～55nm。主要感染上皮细胞，人是唯一宿主，组织培养尚未成功。应用核酸杂交技术，现已知HPV至少有28型。在临床上HPV的类型与引起某些不同种类的疣相关。其中HPV6、11、16和18可经性传播而引起尖锐湿疣。

Genital warts (or condylomata acuminata, venereal warts, anal warts and anogenital warts) are symptoms of a highly contagious sexually transmitted disease caused by some types of human papillomavirus (HPV). It is spread through direct skin-to-skin contact, usually during oral, genital, or anal sex with an infected partner. Warts are the most easily recognized symptom of genital HPV infection. Despite the fact that some types of HPV cause cervical cancer and anal cancers, these are not the same types of HPV that cause genital warts. About 90% of those who contract HPV will not develop genital warts, but the remaining 10% who are infected can still transmit the virus. Although estimates of incidence vary between studies, HPV is so common that nearly all sexually active people will get it at some point in their lives.
