油粒体（英语：elaioplast），又称油质体、造油体，是植物细胞中的一种质粒体，又可细分为白色体的一种。主要功能为保存和合成脂质 ，通常以油滴的形式贮存，等待需要时分解使用。

油粒体是一种特化的白色体，和脂质的代谢有关。形状大致为圆形，脂质通常以「质粒体小球」（plastoglobuli）的形式保存，质粒体小球中除了脂质外，还有少量的质粒体醌类（plastoquinone）。油粒体常在苔藓植物和单子叶植物的细胞中被发现，它们常存在于植物的种子、果实等器官，有时还会出现在子叶和花粉细胞中。

Elaioplasts are a type of leucoplast that is specialized for the storage of lipids in plants. Elaioplasts house oil body deposits as rounded plastoglobuli, which are essentially fat droplets.

Being a variety of leucoplast, elaioplasts are non-pigmented and fall into the much broader organelle category of plant plastids. A different example of a storage-specialized leucoplast is the amyloplast, which stores starch.
