显微照相是以显微镜或类似的器材所摄取的相片或影像，以显示放大了的对象影像。显微照相是由加拿大发明家范信达所发明。

有制造显微照相，可以在显微镜上安装照相机，取代目镜；或是特制连同照相机及目镜的显微镜。标本可以按正常的方法放在显微镜下来进行拍摄。可以扫瞄影像及以电子方式保存，在屏幕上观看或打印出来。

显微照相被广泛应用在法医学及鉴识工程，尤其是纪录微量物证。这也会经常用在扫描电子显微镜与及X光能谱分析仪，令照相的部份变成直接可见的。... ....
