聚合果是果实的一种也称作聚心皮果，指单一果实由两个或多个心皮及茎轴发育而成。在一朵花内有多枚离生的雌蕊（心皮），每一枚雌蕊形成一个小单果，许多小单果聚生在同一花萼上所形成的果实。如草莓、毛莨等的果实。构成聚合果的单果因植物种类而不同。如草莓、毛莨的单果为瘦果，所构成的聚合果为聚合瘦果；番荔枝和南五味子的单果为浆果，所构成的聚合果为聚合浆果；悬钩子、覆盆子的单果为核果，所构成的聚合果为聚合核果；玉兰、金莲花的单果为蓇葖果，所构成的聚合果为聚合蓇葖果……
