Research by Basima Tewfik of the MIT Sloan School of Management found that people who worry about being an impostor are regarded by others as having better interpersonal skills than those who are untroubled by self-doubt.
Tawfik (Arabic:توفيق), often also spelled Tewfik, is an Arabic name given to males. The name is derived from the Arabic term wafiqa (وفق), meaning "to be successful". Tawfik can be used as either a given name or surname. The Turkish equivalent is Tevfik, while the Hebrew equivalent is Tovik or Tuvik (תוביק). Tawfik also has a similar meaning to the Greek Tobias (Τοβίας).
