凤蝶科（学名：Papilionidae）是蝴蝶的一个科，此科多数为中大型蝴蝶，主以黑色为底色，配上白色、红色、蓝色或绿色等斑纹，外观华丽耀眼，飞行快速，翅型奇特，在白天或晴天时活动，也是各种蝴蝶中最为广泛研究和著名的一类。

全世界约有600种，除了南极洲以外世界各地皆可发现，大多物种分布在热带地区。凤蝶成虫多以花蜜为食，常在田野、丛林或花圃间活动。后翅通常有尾突，故又称作燕尾蝶。在日本又称作扬羽蝶。世界最大的蝴蝶—亚历山大鸟翼蝶（Ornithoptera alexandrae）也是凤蝶科的一种。
