西班牙柏木（学名：Cedrela odorata），又名南美香椿或烟洋椿，是一种南美楝属植物。

西班牙柏木属于南美楝科，南美楝科自1960年以来就进行过两次重要的改组。最近一次的是将大部份的物种减少，只余下7种。西班牙柏木包揽了其他28个物种，包括墨西哥洋椿（C. mexicana），这使西班牙柏木成为了有多个变种的物种。
