测量误差（英语：Measurement error）也称观测误差（Observational error），是指观测值与真实值之间的差异。在统计学中，测量误差并不是“错误”，是事物固有的不确定性因素在量测时的体现。

每次我们用精密仪器重复量测某一数据时，我们会得到一些存在微小差异的数据。在统计学上，通常测量误差被分为两部分：
