宾夕法尼亚铁路是美国曾经存在的一个一级铁路系统，成立于1846年，总部位于费城；是美国于20世纪铁路历史上最庞大的铁路公司，在最高峰时其路网长达10,000英里（16,000公里），而在其历史中宾州铁路投资或是合并了大大小小总共800家铁路公司。1920年时其里程数和运量是其他大型铁路公司（如联合太平洋铁路）的三倍宾州铁路在当时曾是全世界最大的上市公司，而宾州铁路公司亦保持着最长久的连续分配股利长达百年多之久的纪录。宾州铁路公司的董事长在很长一段时间内曾被认为比较美国总统还有权势，主要是因为是宾州铁路的年预算曾经比美国联邦政府还庞大。

The Pennsylvania Railroad (reporting markPRR) was an American Class I railroad, founded in 1846. Commonly referred to as the "Pennsy," the PRR was headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The PRR was the largest railroad by traffic and revenue in the U.S. for the first half of the twentieth century. Over the years, it acquired, merged with or owned part of at least 800 other rail lines and companies. At the end of 1925, it operated 10,515 miles of rail line; in the 1920s, it carried nearly three times the traffic as other railroads of comparable length, such as the Union Pacific or Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe railroads. Its only formidable rival was the New York Central (NYC), which carried around three-quarters of PRR's ton-miles.
