假千里光属（学名：Parasenecio）是菊科下的一个属。该属有假千里光（Parasenecio forrestii）等物种，分布于中国西部。

Parasenecio is a genus of flowering plants in the groundsel tribe within the sunflower family. Most of the species are Asian, but one (P. auriculatus) occurs the Aleutian Islands in Alaska.
