大温哥华区域局（英语：Metro Vancouver）是加拿大卑诗省的一个区域局，位于卑诗省西南部的低陆平原，是包含温哥华在内的都会区。又称大温哥华地区、大温地区或温哥华都会区。区域局的最大城市是温哥华，行政中心则在本那比。大温区域局的主要职能是管理和协调区内各城镇的共用资源以及应付各城镇所面对的共同问题，如区域性规划、食水供应、污水处理、交通、空气质素等。

加拿大统计局所界定的温哥华人口普查区与大温区域局的界线完全相同。根据2006年人口普查，大温地区的人口有2,116,581，较2001年普查上升6.5%，大概占卑诗省人口一半。省内30个人口最高的城镇中，有13个都是位于大温地区。大温地区的面积有2878.52 平方公里，是省内人口密度最高的区域局。

Metro Vancouver is the name of a political body and corporate entity designated by provincial legislation as one of the regional districts in British Columbia, Canada. The organization was formerly known as the Greater Vancouver Regional District (GVRD), and that name is still the official name and remains in common colloquial use, especially in the abbreviated form. Metro Vancouver is under the direction of 23 local authorities; it delivers regional services, sets policy and acts as a political forum. The region's most populous city is Vancouver, and Metro Vancouver's administrative offices are located in the City of Burnaby.
