伊庇鲁斯大区（希腊语：Ήπειρος）位于希腊西北部，北部与阿尔巴尼亚接壤，东部和南部分别与西马其顿和色萨利两个大区比邻，西部临伊奥尼亚海。大区总面积9203平方公里，人口352420。

它由约阿尼纳州(Ioannina)、阿尔塔州(Arta)、普雷韦扎州(Preveza)和塞斯普罗蒂亚州(Thesprotia)等4个州组成，大区首府设在约阿尼纳，是希腊人口最稀少的地区。

Epirus (/ɪˈpaɪrəs/; Greek:Ήπειρος, Ípeiros), formally the Epirus Region (Περιφέρεια Ηπείρου, Periféreia Ipeírou), is a traditional geographic and modern administrative region in northwestern Greece. It borders the regions of West Macedonia and Thessaly to the east, West Greece to the south, the Ionian Sea and Ionian Islands to the west and Albania to the north. The region has an area of about 9,200 km (3,600 sq mi). It is part of the wider historical region of Epirus, which overlaps modern Albania and Greece but lies mostly within Greek territory.
