东福克兰岛（英语）或称索莱达岛（西班牙语），是福克兰群岛中最大的岛屿，面积为6,605平方公里。马尔维纳斯群岛的大部分人口居住于该岛。岛上总人口2197(2001年)。

索莱达岛的最高点位于尤斯伯恩山，海拔705米，也是整个群岛的最高点。

East Falkland (Spanish:Isla Soledad) is the largest island of the Falklands in the South Atlantic having an area of 6,605 km (2,550 square miles) or 54% of the total area of the Falklands. The island consists of two main land masses, the more southerly of which is known as Lafonia, joined by a narrow isthmus that was the scene of the Battle of Goose Green during the Falklands War.
