地球正义(Earthjustice)，又名地球公平，是一个非营利公益法律事务所，总部位于美国旧金山，并于美国境内有9间分部，专门从事环境诉讼。在2001年，地球正义曾被美国《Worth》杂志选为全美前100强慈善事业，并获得慈善导航最高级的四星评价。

地球正义以他们组织的口号：「因为地球需要一个好律师」而广为人知，这句口号也从1702个候选中脱颖而出，获选为2009年最佳非营利组织口号。

2010年，地球正义透过社区网络应用程序foursquare推出了一项创新的募款活动，广告在旧金山湾区捷运的广告牌上跑动，被认为是史上最成功运用foursquare的非营利活动之一，并在纽约时报、Mashable等平台都有媒体露出，甚至在 Carmine Gallo 的著作《The Power of Foursquare》中也有出现。
