In the episode, which continues the events of the previous episode, "You're Getting Old", Stan's cynicism is mistakenly diagnosed as Asperger syndrome. Meanwhile, Cartman, upon mishearing the condition as "Ass burgers", opens a food stand in which the secret ingredient involves stuffing his underwear with hamburgers.
