十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（英语：sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis，简称SDS-PAGE）是胶体电泳的一种，常用于生物化学、鉴识科学、遗传学和分子生物学等领域的分析技术，此项技术的原理，是利用检体中蛋白质分子量大小的不同，使其在电泳胶中分离。是最常用的蛋白质分析技术之一。
