迷你自存仓（self storage），又称迷你仓、便利型小型仓库、自助仓库、传统迷你仓、个人仓库。是一类提供保存对象的小型仓库，是B2C的商业服务。客户以一般的个人、家庭或中小型公司行号为主，他们因为家居、办公空间狭小、搬家、装修等原因，要把将来可能仍需使用、还有价值的日常用品， 支付租金暂时寄存在第三者的地方。其租金换来的服务是一个交通方便的临时保存空间，24小时有保安的环境，定期的结单、报告通信，及自动转账等。

迷你自存仓的经营比较似停车场，合约上的免责条款及其他法律权利与义务，大家也都近似。例如有第三者责任、水险、火险等。
