迳为判决，简称JNOV(拉丁文Judgement Non Obstante Veredicto)，是指美国法院的民事案件中，法官推翻陪审团判决并推翻或修正陪审团认定(verdict)的情况。 于民事案件，迳为判决允许法官修改或替代那些没有法律根据的判决，但是败诉律师请求的迳为判决只有在很少情况下会被法官接受。通常只有在赔偿金额明显过高、极为不合理或者完全不为法律支持时，迳为判决才会被接受。在刑事案件，只有被告可以申请迳为判决。 参美国宪法第七修正案。该法规定，陪审团认定之事实，非依普通法之原则，不得为任何美国法院重新查看。第七修正案是美国民权法案的一部份，是为了反应英国殖民法院经常推翻殖民地陪审团认定而设立的。

Judgment notwithstanding the verdict, also called judgment non obstante veredicto, or JNOV, is a type of judgment as a matter of law (JMOL) that is sometimes rendered at the conclusion of a jury trial. In U.S. federal civil court cases, the term has been replaced by the term judgment as a matter of law. In U.S. federal criminal cases, the term is "judgment of acquittal."
