Gholam mean (Slave, Servant, Bonded or Bondman) & Reza mean (Content, Custom, Will, Choice, wish) in Muslims Holly book Qura'an word "Rada" or "Reza" came as a (Will of God) so basically Muslim people translate it in that context.
