宁木（英语：Debak）是位于东马来西亚砂拉越木中省木中县宁木副县的副县城，坐落在淋巴斯河（Sungai Rimbas）边。此河连接了这座小镇与其它邻近的乡村。

Debak is a small town and district in the Betong division of Sarawak, Malaysia. It lies approximately 120 kilometres (75 mi) east of the state capital Kuching.

It is a small town which consists of a few bazaars. Most of Debak's population is made of Iban, Malays and a few Chinese living close to the bazaar. Debak is surrounded by Pusa, Spaoh and Maludam.
