中爪哇省（印尼语：Jawa Tengah）是印尼的一个省，位于爪哇岛的中部，首府是三宝珑。现任省长是Ganjar Pranowo。

中爪哇省位于东爪哇省及西爪哇省之间，北面是爪哇海，南面是印度洋，面积有40,548平方公里。无论是文化上或历史上，位于其南部的日惹市（Yogyakarta）都属于中爪哇区，但现时是印尼的一个独立政治个体。

中爪哇有部份区域，如梭罗（Surakarta）、班尤马（Banyumas）等，都有其独特的历史、文化、语言及传统。

根据2000年的人口统计，中爪哇有人口30,851,144人，是印尼人口第3高的省份。 （2010年）人口普查，有3238万人

Central Java (Indonesian:Jawa Tengah, abbreviated as Jateng) is a province of Indonesia. This province is located in the middle of Java. Its administrative capital is Semarang.

The province is 32,800.69 km in area, approximately a quarter of the total land area of Java. Its population was 33,753,023 at the 2015 Census; it the third most populated province in both Java and Indonesia after West Java and East Java.
