通心粉（简称通粉，又称空心粉，**亦称通心面；Macaroni）为一种意式面食，比较意大利粉短，呈腰豆形，通常不含鸡蛋。常见于西式餐厅，亦为为香港茶餐厅及快餐店的常见食品。

西方煮法把通心粉放进沸水中，加上盐及橄榄油，煮熟放上煮好的配料食用。

通常美国家庭式的吃法会加干酪粉或番茄糊（番茄沙司，英语：Tomato Sauce)拌与均匀。

通心粉也是香港茶餐厅常见的食品，用水煮软后，盛以上汤，再配上火腿、番茄牛肉等佐料（如番茄牛肉通心粉）。
