抗穆氏管荷尔蒙（英语：Anti-Müllerian hormone，简称AMH），又称抗穆勒氏管荷尔蒙，是一种糖蛋白，由卵巢小卵泡分泌，卵巢小卵泡数目越多，血清中它的浓度越高。

科学家以它来作为卵巢库存量（Ovarian reserve）的指标之一，可以用来预测怀孕率。

Anti-Müllerian hormone also known as AMH is a protein that, in humans, is encoded by the AMH gene. It inhibits the development of the Müllerian ducts (paramesonephric ducts) in the male embryo. It has also been called Müllerian inhibiting factor (MIF), Müllerian-inhibiting hormone (MIH), Müllerian-inhibiting substance (MIS), and Anti-paramesonephric hormone (APH). It is named after Johannes Peter Müller.
