别嘌呤醇（英语：Allopurinol，又名别嘌醇、异嘌呤醇）是主治高尿酸血症（血浆中的尿酸浓度过高）及其并发症痛风病等的药物。

别嘌呤醇是一种嘌呤类似物；它是次黄嘌呤（体内一种常见的嘌呤）的异构体且是黄嘌呤氧化酶的酶抑制剂。黄嘌呤氧化酶负责将次黄嘌呤和黄嘌呤的连续氧化，最终产生的产物是尿酸，这是人类的嘌呤代谢终产物。除了阻断尿酸的生成之外，抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶会使得次黄嘌呤以及黄嘌呤的量增加，这两者会转变为与之密切相关的嘌呤核苷酸——腺苷酸以及鸟苷一磷酸。这两种核苷酸含量水平的增高会反馈性抑制酰胺磷酸核糖基转移酶，此酶催化嘌呤生物合成的首个且为限速步骤。因此，别嘌呤醇既减少了尿酸的生成又阻止了嘌呤的合成。

Allopurinol, sold under the brand name Zyloprim and generics, is a medication used primarily to treat excess uric acid in the blood and its complications, including chronic gout. It is a xanthine oxidase inhibitor which is administered orally.

It is on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines, a list of the most important medication needed in a basic health system.
