塔斯曼尼亚州（英文：Tasmania）是澳洲唯一的岛州，原名范迪门斯地（英文：Van Diemen's Land），位于澳大利亚大陆东南角约240公里的外海，是一座呈心型的岛，与澳洲本土最南方的维多利亚州首府墨尔本隔海相望。塔斯马尼亚州的范围包括塔斯马尼亚本岛与周围的小岛，官方和民间都将塔斯曼尼亚州简称为“塔省”。

塔斯曼尼亚州面积90,758 km²，在六个州中占地面积最小。该州人口49.3万（2007年），最大城市是首府霍巴特，人口21万（2006）。

塔斯曼尼亚为澳洲自然生态保护得最完善的地方。塔斯曼尼亚号称“天然之州”，亦被誉为“苹果之岛”，亦有“澳洲版的新西兰”之称，以秀丽风光和朴素人文为特色。地理上，作为独立岛屿，当地有较大的未开发天然地带，全州约40％被正式列为国家公园、自然保护区或世界自然遗产。

Tasmania (/tæzˈmeɪniə/; abbreviated as Tas and known colloquially as "Tassie") is an island state of the Commonwealth of Australia. It is located 240 km (150 mi) to the south of the Australian mainland, separated by Bass Strait. The state encompasses the main island of Tasmania, the 26th-largest island in the world, and the surrounding 334 islands. The state has a population of over 517,000 (as of September 2015), almost half of which resides in the Greater Hobart precinct, which forms the metropolitan area of the state capital and largest city, Hobart.
