国际经济学商学学生会（法文：Association Internationale des Étudiants en Sciences Économiques et Commerciales，读音eye-sek，缩写：AIESEC）是一非营利国际组织，由30岁以下的青年人独立营运，关注于世界议题、领导力及管理能力等方面。

截止到2012年8月，AIESEC包括来自113个国家和地区的超过86,000位成员。她是世界上最大的学生运营的组织，代表了全球超过2400所大学。AIESEC有超过8000个合作企业支持，这些企业参与其中旨在支持青年人的发展，并且能够接触到希望得到个人发展的优秀人才。

AIESEC is an international non-governmental not-for-profit organization that provides young people with leadership development and cross-cultural global internship and volunteer exchange experiences across the globe, with a focus to empower young people so they can make a positive impact on society. The AIESEC network includes over 100,000 members in 133 countries and territories. It is the largest youth-run organization in the world.
