Sociocracy 全民政治
(重定向自Sociocracies)
Sociocracy is a system of governance using consent decision making and an organizational structure based on cybernetic principles (a closed loop system with a feedback mechanism). Modern sociocracy was developed by Gerard Endenburg as a method for use in governing his electrical engineering company, and is applicable to any organization. It is currently in use by public, private, non-profit, and community organizations and associations. Sociocratic governance is taught in college and university courses in business, political science, history, and sociology.
