可变电阻式内存 Resistive random-access memory

可变电阻式内存（英语：Resistive random-access memory，缩写为 RRAM 或ReRAM），是一种新型的非挥发性内存。类似的技术还有CBRAM与相变化内存，目前许多公司都正在发展这种技术。
ReRAM的优点在于消耗电力较低，且写入信息速度比NAND闪存快1万倍。蔡少棠认为，可变电阻式内存将会是一种忆阻器的形式。
