公认发音（英语：Received Pronunciation，缩写：RP），是英国的标准英语口音。在《简明牛津英语辞典》里被定义为“在英格兰南部说的标准英语口音”，然而一些人认为在整个英格兰和威尔士都有把它当作母语的人。Peter Trudgill在1974年的研究显示，在全英国，约有3%的人使用公认发音。

Received Pronunciation (/rᵻˈsiːvd prəˌnʌnsiˈeɪʃən/; RP) is the accent of Standard English in the United Kingdom, with a relationship to regional accents similar to the relationship in other European languages between their standard varieties and their regional forms. RP is defined in the Concise Oxford English Dictionary as "the standard accent of English as spoken in the south of England", although it can be heard from native speakers throughout England and Wales. Peter Trudgill estimated in 1974 that 3% of people in Britain were RP speakers.
