连苯三酚（英语：Pyrogallol，又称邻苯三酚、焦棓酚、焦棓酸或焦酚），是芳香族化合物之一。它是很强的还原剂。第一个做出它的人是卡尔·威廉·舍勒，1786年他加热没食子酸而得。

连苯三酚在碱性溶液内会吸收水份，由无色转成紫色。它亦可以吸收氧气。

它的用途包括摄影底片的显影剂、染发、染色、在气体分析和实验中吸收氧气、杀菌剂。

Pyrogallol is an organic compound with the formula C₆H₃(OH)₃. It is a white solid although because of its sensitivity toward oxygen, samples are typically brownish. It is one of three isomeric benzenetriols.
