皮特凯恩群岛（英语：Pitcairn Islands），正式名称为皮特凯恩、亨德森、迪西和奥埃诺。是一个由4座岛屿 组成的南太平洋群岛，其中只有第二大岛屿皮特凯恩岛有人定居。该群岛也是英国在太平洋地区所剩下的最后一块海外领地。

小岛之所以出名，是因为岛上居民都是英国皇家海军邦蒂号（HMS Bounty）上的叛变船员和大溪地人的后裔，这段具有传奇性的历史已经被写成小说，并被拍成多部电影。此外该岛也可能是世界上居住人口最少的地区，大约只有48人（9个家庭）还居住在此。皮特凯恩还是全球人口最少的具有管辖权的地区（尽管它并不是一个主权国家）。联合国非自治领土列表 里面包括皮特凯恩群岛。2002年，岛上的7名男性居民被新西兰当局以性侵害和强暴猥亵女童罪的罪名起诉，再度引起了媒体的关注。

The Pitcairn Islands (/ˈpɪtkɛərn/; Pitkern: Pitkern Ailen), officially Pitcairn, are a group of four volcanic islands in the southern Pacific Ocean that form the last British Overseas Territory in the Pacific. The four islands –Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie, and Oeno –are spread over several hundred miles of ocean and have a total land area of about 47 square kilometres (18 sq mi). Only Pitcairn, the second-largest island that measures about 3.6 kilometres (2.2 mi) from east to west, is inhabited.
