稻氏天竺鲷，又名斗氏天竺鲷，俗名大目侧仔，为辐鳍鱼纲鲈形目鲈亚目天竺鲷科的其中一个种。

本鱼分布于西太平洋区，包括中国、**、香港、韩国、日本、越南、印尼、菲律宾、澳洲、新喀里多尼亚、新西兰等海域。
