泛性恋（Pansexual）是一种性行为或性倾向，指对任何性别皆可能产生身体吸引或爱慕情绪。

泛性恋（pansexual）与双性恋都是非单性恋的性取向。就字面上而言，两者区别在于双性恋对于恋爱对象仍有二元的概念，而泛性恋则强调恋爱对象的光谱性，或是对对象不存在性别条件；但在实务上，泛性恋与双性恋这两个概念仅有模糊的差异，许多人亦采用接近泛性恋字面定义的诠释来定义双性恋并认同自己是双性恋。
