缅甸联邦国家联合政府（缅甸语：；英语：NCGUB）是一个流亡政府，其总办公处位于美国马里兰州罗克维尔。西元1990年12月18日全国民主联盟与缅甸联邦的其他反对党，推举翁山苏姬的堂兄昂山温博士为缅甸联邦国家联合政府的总理。

The National Coalition Government of the Union of Burma (Burmese:ပြည်ထောင်စု မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ အမျိုးသား ညွန့်ပေါင်းအစိုးရ [pjìdàʊɴzṵ mjəmà nàɪɴŋàɴ əmjóðá ɲʊ̰ɴbáʊɴ əsója̰]; NCGUB) was an administration claimed to be the government in exile of Burma (Myanmar). It has its headquarters in Rockville, Maryland, United States. On 18 December 1990, the National League for Democracy (NLD) and the other opposition parties of Burma elected Sein Win, a first cousin of Aung San Suu Kyi, as the NCGUB's prime minister. On September 14, 2012, NCGUB was officially dissolved to aid reform process in Burma.
