拉伊舍沃（俄语：Лаишево、鞑靼语：Лаеш）是俄罗斯鞑靼斯坦共和国西部的一个城市，位于卡马河（古比雪夫水库）右岸，距首府喀山东南60公里。2002年人口7,730人。

1557年创建，1781年设市，1926年被撤。2004年复设。
