马奶酒，奶酒之一。以鲜马奶为原料在一种叫做“萨巴”的马皮容器种酿制的低度酒。在13世纪由鞑靼人发明。最早是用鲜马奶与酵母酿制，也可用牛奶，但要在奶中加糖以促进发酵。最高级是黑马奶，有蒙古部落哈剌赤擅长制作。
