杰克·凯沃基安（英语：Jacob "Jack" Kevorkian 英语发音：/kɨˈvɔrkiən/，本名杰各布·凯沃基安，1928年5月26日－2011年6月3日），人称「死亡医生」，是美国病理学家、安乐死推广运动家、画家、作家、作曲家和乐器演奏家。他公开提倡透过医生协助自杀，完善晚期病患的「死的权利」；他声称已协助至少130名患者结束生命。他的著名演说词为：「死亡不是罪。」

He is best known for publicly championing a terminal patient's right to die via physician-assisted suicide; he claimed to have assisted at least 130 patients to that end. He was often portrayed in the media as "Dr. Death"; however, many consider him a hero as he helped set the platform for reform. He famously said, "Dying is not a crime."
