Friterie

A friture, baraque à frites or friterie (pronounced: [fʁitʁi]) in French-speaking Belgium and Northern France, or frituur or frietkot in Flemish-Belgian and also fritkot in French-speaking Belgium, is the name for traditional restaurants, kiosks or vans serving quick-service fast food, particularly fries from where they derive their name.
