表皮样囊肿（英语：Epidermoid cyst）是一种通常在皮肤上发现的良性囊肿。表皮样囊肿主要源于表皮上的外胚层组织。在组织学的角度上，它是鳞状上皮细胞所组成的。

表皮样囊肿通常由表皮植入导致进入真皮，如外伤或手术。它们也可以通过相邻的一个阻塞毛孔引起人体穿孔。它们也被视为在加德纳氏综合征在头部和颈部的症状。它们可以通过细菌感染，并形成疙瘩状。

An epidermoid cyst is a benign cyst usually found on the skin. The cyst develops out of ectodermal tissue. Histologically, it is made of a thin layer of squamous epithelium.
