英杰拉（阿姆哈拉语，提格雷语：እንጀራ ənǧära [ɨndʒəra], 英语：injera 或 enjera；奥罗莫语：bidenaa；索马里语：canjeero）是一种有独特的海棉质感的发酵后面饼。传统上采用苔麸（Teff）制作，是埃塞俄比亚和厄立特里亚的国餐。在周边一些国家也有类似的变化食品，如在索马里和吉布提（叫作canjeero或lahooh)、也门（叫作lahoh）及苏丹。

Injera (Amharic: ənǧära እንጀራ [ɨndʒəra]; sometimes transliterated as enjera; or "taita" Tigrinya: ጣይታ) is a East African sourdough-risen flatbread with a unique, slightly spongy texture. Traditionally made out of teff flour, it is a national dish in Ethiopia and Eritrea.
