海峡群岛（法语：Îles de la Manche，英语：Channel Islands）又称盎格鲁诺曼底群岛（法语：Îles Anglo-Normandes）是位于英吉利海峡中的群岛，群岛距离法国北部诺曼第只有大约10海里。整个群岛被分为两个行政区——根息（Bailiwick of Guernsey）和泽西（Bailiwick of Jersey）。虽然经常被误会是英国（联合王国）的属地，但海峡群岛实际上是英国皇家属地（Crown Dependencies），其宗主权直属于英国皇室而非联合王国的一部分。海峡群岛的皇家属地渊源可回溯至10至12世纪时，当时诺曼地公国曾经统治法国北部，并在1066年征服英格兰。1204年诺曼地公国被法国赶出了欧洲大陆之后，海峡群岛的主权并没有被法国收回，反而由英王继续掌控，因此海峡群岛可说是见证这段历史仅存的遗迹。

The Channel Islands (Norman: Îles d'la Manche, French: Îles Anglo-Normandes or Îles de la Manche) are an archipelago in the English Channel, off the French coast of Normandy. They include two Crown dependencies, both of which are bailiwicks: the Bailiwick of Jersey and the Bailiwick of Guernsey. They are considered the remnants of the Duchy of Normandy, and although they are not part of the United Kingdom, it is responsible for the defence and international relations of the islands. They have a total population of about 168,000 and their respective capitals, Saint Helier and Saint Peter Port, have populations of 33,500 and 16,488, respectively. The total area of the islands is 198 km.
