Bucatini

Bucatini [bukaˈtiːni], also known as perciatelli [pertʃaˈtɛlli], is a thick spaghetti-like pasta with a hole running through the center. The name comes from Italian:buco, meaning "hole", while bucato or its Neapolitan variant perciato mean "pierced".
