瓦尔内明德（Warnemünde）是德国东北部城市罗斯托克的一处海滨度假区，沿波罗的海而建。

始建于大约1200年，此后几百年间瓦尔内明德都只是不被人注意的小渔村。直到十九世纪时，瓦尔内明德才开始发展成为一处重要的海滨度假胜地。

Warnemünde (German pronunciation:[vaʁnəˈmʏndə], literally Mouth of the Warnow) is a seaside resort and a district of the city of Rostock in Mecklenburg, Germany. It is located on the Baltic Sea and, as the name implies, at the estuary of the river Warnow.
