美岸（白话字：bîgán，他加禄语/（中）吕宋语vīgân），是南伊罗戈（Ilocos Sur）的首府，位于菲律宾最大的岛屿—吕宋岛岛的西北岸，是菲国文化古城，也是最受喜爱的旅游胜地之一，人口有四万五千人。1999年，该城市古城区被联合国教科文组织选定世界文化遗产。

Vigan, officially the City of Vigan (Ilocano:Ciudad ti Bigan; Tagalog: Lungsod ng Vigan) is a fourth class city and capital of the province of Ilocos Sur in the Philippines. The city is located on the western coast of the large island of Luzon, facing the South China Sea. According to the 2010 Philippines census, it has a population of 49,747 people.
