尿路动力学（英文：Urodynamics），简单来说是指液体在尿道上的流动所涉及的事项。

尿路动力学（在大陆称：尿流动力学或尿动力学）一词其原意是指液体在尿道上的流动所涉及的事项。但是，在临床医学上，这一词指的是用来诊断尿道和膀胱状态的一组检查方法，基本上包括了测量排尿时尿道压力、最大尿流率、平均尿流率并且观察尿流率图曲线。所以一般都被称为尿路动力学检查或简称尿动力学检查。
