Allium caesium

Allium caesium is a plant species native to central Asia (Xinjiang, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan). It grows in deserts and dry fields at elevations of 700–2000 m.

Allium caesium produces round bulbs up to 15 mm across. Scapes are up to 65 cm tall. Leaves are round in cross-section, slightly shorter than the scapes. Flowers are sky-blue.
